About Us

Atmaruchi Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization based in the United States. We are committed to the shared vision of fulfillment through knowledge. We hope to inspire young children and young professionals in North America to live the peaceful Jain lifestyle.

Our inspiration is : "Ruchi tene paar utaar.." & (atma) "ruchi anuyayi virya" (Spiritual yearning/interest is key to a better me and our behavior is guided by our interests).

This is at the core of all great Jain compositions, be it, Yogiraj Shree Anandghanji, Mahamahopadhyaya Shree Yashovijay Ji, Pujyapadji Shrimad Devchandraji's. We are awesomely blessed to receive these from Pannyasji Bhagvant, Kalapurna Suri Dada & Gurudev Shree Yashovijay Suri Ji, Pannyas Labhdhi Vallabh Ma Sa, and all other sants and sadhaks that Prabhu sent our way for our immense benefit.

Ravin Shah
(Columbus, OH) | DPT, MBA

Although born into a Jain family, Ravin Shah's true understanding and embrace of the principles of Jainism took root during the COVID-19 pandemic. His parents had cultivated a sense of Jainism in him from a young age, but his spiritual journey truly blossomed with the guidance of four "Kalyan Mitras" (spiritual friends)—his wife Dhara, Rakeshbhai, Nehaben, and Harshbhai—who helped him connect deeply with the values he now holds dear. Through Atmaruchi, Ravin found a platform to live out these values, whether through Sadharmik Bhakti (devotion to fellow Jains), Vaiyavachh (service to the community), or Jeev Daya (compassion for living beings). This journey has transformed his outlook on life, and he remains grateful for the opportunity to grow spiritually while supporting others along the way. Professionally, Ravin is a physical therapist and the owner of Kadence.

Ami Kapadia
(Columbus, OH) | MBA

Ami Kapadia feels blessed to have grown up in a religious environment, consistently receiving the grace of many Acharya MS and Sadhviji MS. Her family has been deeply involved in Vaiyavachh activities, including building upashrays (residences for ascetics), facilitating medical treatments, and hosting mumukshus (spiritual seekers). Thanks to her parents' influence, religion has always been a way of life for her. However, her spiritual understanding—the "why" behind every religious kriya (ritual)—deepened after settling in the U.S. By getting involved in Atmaruchi's activities, Ami aims to stay connected with true Jain practices and values, and she is eager for more opportunities to participate in Vaiyavachh and Sadharmik Bhakti.
